Honestly, it was the best experience buying a vehicle, that I have ever had. Pamela Whitehead was so helpful through every step of the process, and went above and beyond, to help us get the truck we wanted! Everyone else we had contact with, were attentive and friendly. I have never purchased a new vehicle, my wife and I have been working hard to rebuild from essentially the ground up. Since we were married last year, our goal was to buy a new vehicle that we could be proud of. We promised ourselves we would get what we WANTED, not what we had to settle for. Pamela and the finance team really came through and worked hard to find a creditor that would work with our situation as we are rebuilding. We could not be more grateful, and will be customers for life. I'll definitely be referring anyone I know that's looking for a new Chevy, to take their business to Future.
