The lack of good customer service from Trevor Shelton was disappointing. He was very cold and rude. He seemed liked he did not want to answer any questions and when he did answer a question he gave very short answers as if I was bothering him. At times I tried to make light conversation even though I should not have to do that to get better service and he still was rude. I spoke with others who have either worked with him or taken vehicles there and they all have had similar experiences. What was most shockingly rude at the end after I paid for my service he just handed me paperwork and pointed to the door and said ok you're vehicle is parked over there. He did not let me know how things went or any info on my vehicle. I manage people in customer facing roles and this would never be acceptable with my employees. I have family that work for Chevy and all of us buy Chevy's and it makes me not want to be a Chevy customer after dealing with Trevor. He should not be in a customer service role if he cannot be friendly and kind to customers. Someone needs to put more work into training him how to treat people. His behavior could cost you business. This was a complete 180 from my first experience here a year ago with another service agent who was great and I wrote him a great review. I really hope you talk to this guy because I'm not the only one who had a bad experience and that should tell you something. And if you need more info or context of the situation I will gladly provide you the full story. Thank you

I had a coupon mailed to me and I brought it to use but was informed I couldn’t because it was for vehicles which uses 6 qts and mine uses 8 qts. I was happily surprised because I had points I was able to use towards my oil change but would’ve preferred the $70 charge as opposed to $130. If you’re going to mail a coupon to me, you should honor it.
